sweetest angel is my personal blog! it is a neat hobby/passion project i started in july of 2022. updates are inconsistent, but i always find myself back here. it's a great way for me to express myself confidently. there will be a lot of highly self-indulgent content. i will try to add warnings as needed.

hi there! my name is angel. im a 19 year old girl, and im in university. creativity and self expression are greatly important to me. this website will serve as my own personal creative outlet!! i like music, animals, video games, anime, nature, and learning. i do cool stuff sometimes that WILL be blogged about. you might spot me on tumblr under the name "angelcakez". if you do, feel free to say hi. i don't bite. my favorite things ever are bts, cardcaptor sakura, black butler, kamisama kiss, and animal crossing. i am (not) normal about these interests in the slightest.

i am passionate about many things. a main thing i love dearly is scouting and the great outdoors. currently i am learning about birdwatching. i think that is pretty cool. i am a collector of many trinkets, perhaps i'll devote a page to that.

what's new?

2/27/26: got my first e-shrine finished!! my page devoted to bob is up :D i know a bit more about how to actually make good layouts so i'm probably going to re-do my e-shrine landing page because it needs help haha.

2/21/26: got my journal page up and working! if i have time today i want to either make my fashion page or my sketchbook gallery thing. some of my flexboxes are acting weird and my images are NOT where they are supposed to be, so i shall do some sleuthing to get that figured out ASAP. i applied to some cool webrings, maybe hopefully i'll be accepted.

2/17/26: working on e-shrine for bob animal crossing, and on my journal page. finished up college night!! it was really fun. it was a PV this year, which means my side won. now that college night is over i hope to have more free time to work on my site. have some ideas on how to make different pages cute hehe

2/8/26: revamped my landing page, home page, and created the landing page for my e-shrines. methinks the first one i will build is either cardcaptor sakura or bts. (but, truth be told, it's just whatever strikes my fancy in the moment i am next able to devote myself to building my personal website.) after 3 years i succesfully figured out how to add an audio player to my site, courtesy of free-use code snippets. enjoy some snail's house and nintendo while you browse.

2/7/26: well.. it has been nearly three years since my last update. oops. i'm in university now, i am studying sociology and criminology. currently re-doing this whole site and re-learning html and css. because, i forgot unfortunately.

8/12/23: the moment i figure out how to get audio on my site its over for u fuckers. mostly finished up the homepage, still need to tweek some stuff, add some stuff, etc. also i go back to school (yipee!) on 8/14 so um slow updates tee-hee <3

update to sweetest angel (url is sweetest-angel), formerly known as gloomy's world and dai-dai-dai-kirai.completely revamped, learned new skills to use, made graphics, etc.
